To extend our management team we are looking for an experienced café shift supervisor (m/f/x) for one of our locations in Berlin-Mitte.

Your Tasks
- Shift supervision in one of our cafés
- Managing the team during the shift
- Controlling and achieving high standard of food and service quality
- Reporting to the management
Your Profile
- Experience as a shift supervisor in a restaurant or café
- High service orientation and quality awareness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Professional and calm work even in stressful situations
- Good German and, if necessary, English, both spoken and written
