Full-time manager for the cafe

To extend our management team we are looking for an experienced café manager (m/f/x) for one of our locations in Berlin-Mitte.

Your Tasks

• Supervision of one of our cafés
• Managing the team and extending it with new staff members
• Controlling and achieving high standard of food and service quality
• Setting and achieving monetary goals for the location

Your Profile

• Experience as a manager of a restaurant or café
• High service orientation and quality awareness
• Independent and structured way of working
• Professional and calm work even in stressful situations
• Good German and, if necessary, English, both spoken and written
